  Douglas Rose Jr. 

Douglas has a driven nature to teach and nurture others. Douglas' philosophy: is Teaching, is Leadership. Douglas has years of field experience in tactical training stemming from his time in the United States Marine Corps. Serving in the 2nd Battalion 2nd Marine Regiment, Golf Company as an Infantry Rifleman, Douglas trained in many disciplines including but not limited to; combat marksmanship, team tactics in urban and open terrain, various counter-insurgency and terrorist tactics, and combat leadership skills. All of which Douglas has adapted the training and experience from the battlefield into everyday American life and helped with the success of his career in Public Safety and private security. 

 Douglas Rose graduated from the Cass County Regional Training Academy in 2014 and served as a Cass County Sheriff's Deputy from 2019 to 2022. During his time as a Deputy Sheriff, Douglas continued training recruits and other deputies in defensive tactics. Douglas Rose served in the Jail, on Patrol, and as a School Resource Deputy.

 In 2022 Douglas began his private security career with aiding in the training of private security officers and high risk transportation one of Missouri's largest medical Marijuana manufacturers and cultivators. Douglas trained these private security professionals in situational awareness, arrest tactics, transportation of sensitive materials and marksmanship.

  In 2023 Douglas departed the cannabis industry in pursuit of Healthcare Public Safety. Joining the ranks of a highly respected security team at University Health Truman Medical Center. Douglas aimed to provide his team with the assets to succeed in stressful situations.

  Douglas has an Associate’s Degree in Teaching, which enables him to take your training to a more intimate level for a diverse student population.

 Douglas has Instructor certifications in law enforcement arrest tactics (Response to Resistance) which is a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu based platform, enabling principles to be coached to students for safer interactions in the field.

 Douglas is an NRA pistol instructor granting students to learn from America's largest Gun Rights and training organizations wealth of coaching and knowledge. Douglas is also a 3-Gun Law Enforcement Firearms Instructor from Mid-West Tactical.

 Douglas enjoys learning above all. During his off time, Douglas practices Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and continues to grow in his fitness.
